ETAD has followed the development of the European Commission’s REACH legislation since it was first introduced in 2001.

As an ethical supplier of colorants, ETAD supports the objectives of REACH and aims to achieve its goals through cost-effective generation and sharing of data. To this end we have committed significant resources to analyzing the impact of REACH on the dye and pigment industry and shared this data with our members.
