CHINESE OPERATING COMMITTEE
The ChOC addresses dye and organic pigments issues relating to environmental and health issues arising in China.
Key activity areas are:
- Implementation of the Code of Ethics which was extended in 1997 to include the principles of responsible care.
- Encouraging the scientific understanding of the possible health and environmental effects of dyes and organic pigments with increasing concerns for hazard potential substance management systems.
- Cooperation with CDIA and customer associations of the dyes and organic pigments industries.
